By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. WHO OPERATES THIS WEBSITE
This website is operated by 1000x Digital LLC, a Michigan limited liability company doing business as Microsite Generator and as Lead Generation Consulting ("1000x Digital", "we", "us", "our"). 1000x Digital LLC is the one legal entity responsible for all of our websites and for our two software platforms, Microsite Generator and Website Builder Studio. The text, design, graphics, logos and code of this website belong to us or to those who license them to us. You may quote a short passage, with credit and a link to the page. Any other copying or reuse needs our written permission. 1000x Digital, Microsite Generator, Website Builder Studio, Lead Generation Consulting and Lead Gen AI Suite, and their logos, are our names and brands. These terms give you no right to use them.
Names of other companies and their products appear on this website only to identify them. Their use does not mean that those companies endorse us, partner with us or are affiliated with us.

What this website says about our company, our history and our brands is general information. It may be incomplete, and it may change. - our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to this website or these terms is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for our own fraud or willful misconduct.
12. NO PERSONAL LIABILITY
These terms are made with 1000x Digital LLC only. Its members, managers, officers, employees and agents are not parties to these terms and have no personal liability under them. To the extent the law allows, you will bring any claim arising out of or relating to this website or these terms only against 1000x Digital LLC, and not against any of those people. Sections 10 and 11 protect those people in the same way they protect 1000x Digital LLC, and amounts payable by 1000x Digital LLC and by them together count toward the one limit in section 11. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
If someone else brings a claim against us because you used this website in breach of these terms or of the law, you will be responsible for the reasonable costs and losses that claim causes us, to the extent the law allows.
14. GOVERNING LAW AND COURTS
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to this website, are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any such dispute will be resolved only in the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan, and you and we each consent to their jurisdiction. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in a small claims court, if the claim qualifies.
15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new version number and "Last updated" date, and keep the earlier version, as our Legal page at https://1000xdigital.com/legal describes. A change applies from the date it is posted and does not apply to a dispute that arose before that date.
16. GENERAL
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a part of these terms, we have not given up our right to enforce it later. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about this website. They do not change any agreement you have with us for one of our products.
