Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information 1000x Digital LLC collects through 1000xdigital.com (this "website"), why we collect it, who receives it, how long we keep it and the choices and rights you have. It covers only this website. Each of our other websites has its own privacy policy, listed at https://1000xdigital.com/legal.

1. WHO WE ARE

This website is operated by 1000x Digital LLC, a Michigan limited liability company doing business as Microsite Generator and as Lead Generation Consulting ("1000x Digital", "we", "us", "our"). 1000x Digital LLC is the one legal entity responsible for all of our websites and for our two software platforms, Microsite Generator and Website Builder Studio. It decides how and why personal information collected through this website is used.

2. THE SHORT VERSION

3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Our contact form asks for your name, your work email, your company (optional), the kind of inquiry and your message. The form is delivered through our own platform, Microsite Generator: what you send is recorded as a support request with a reference number, our team is notified by email, and you receive an automatic email confirming that we received it. That confirmation email carries the name 1000x Digital and is currently sent from a Microsite Generator email address. No outside form service receives your message.

When you visit this website, or send the form, our hosting provider receives technical information that every website receives, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time. We use it to run and protect the website, including to limit how often the form can be sent from one connection. The form is also protected by Cloudflare's bot check, which runs in your browser when you use the form: Cloudflare evaluates technical signals from your browser and device to tell people from automated programs, and it may use cookies or similar technologies needed for that check.

If you write to us by email, or reply to an email we sent you, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach.

WE DO NOT COLLECT, and ask you not to give us, sensitive information such as health information, government identification numbers, financial account numbers or precise geolocation. We do not buy personal information from data brokers.

4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use the information described in section 3 to:

We do not add you to a marketing list because you used the contact form. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.

5. WHO WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION TO

SERVICE PROVIDERS. We use other companies to run this website and our platform: our hosting, database, content-delivery and bot-protection provider, and our email delivery provider. They process information to provide their services to us, on our instructions.

GOOGLE FONTS. The pages of this website load their typeface from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser information under Google's own privacy policy.

OUR TEAM. People at 1000x Digital who answer messages and run this website can see what you send through the contact form.

LEGAL REASONS. We may disclose information if the law, a court order or a valid legal process requires it, or where it is reasonably necessary to protect this website, the public or our rights.

BUSINESS TRANSFER. If our business, or part of it, is sold, merged or reorganized, information may pass to the new owner, who must continue to handle it as this policy describes.

WE DO NOT SELL personal information, and we do not SHARE it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined in US state privacy laws. We have not done so in the past 12 months. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

6. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, advertising or retargeting tools, so it shows no cookie banner. Cloudflare's bot check on the contact form may use cookies or similar technologies needed for that check. If we ever add an optional tool, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before it runs. Our Cookie Policy is at https://1000xdigital.com/cookies.

7. HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION

We may keep information longer where the law, a court order or a legal hold requires it.

8. HOW WE PROTECT INFORMATION

We use administrative and technical measures designed to protect personal information. This website is served only over an encrypted connection, and messages are stored with our hosting provider, which encrypts them at rest. Access to messages is limited to the people who need it. No website can promise perfect security. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.

9. YOUR CHOICES AND YOUR RIGHTS

YOUR CHOICES. You can use this website without filling out the form, and you can leave out your company name.

YOUR RIGHTS. Depending on where you live, the law may give you the right to: know what personal information we hold about you and how we use and disclose it; get a copy of it in a portable form; correct it; delete it; opt out of its sale, of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, of targeted advertising and of profiling with significant effects (we do none of these); and appeal if we decline your request. We will honor these requests from any person, whatever state they live in, to the extent we can do so under the law.

HOW TO MAKE A REQUEST: email [email protected] with "Privacy request" in the subject line, or write to 1000x Digital LLC, P.O. Box 700012, Plymouth, MI 48170-9998. Tell us what you are asking for and how we can reach you.

VERIFICATION. To protect you, we verify a request before we act on it, normally by confirming it from the email address you used with us or by matching information we already hold. We ask only for what we need to verify you, and we use it only for that.

AUTHORIZED AGENTS. You may use an authorized agent. We may ask the agent for your signed permission and ask you to confirm your identity directly, unless the agent holds a valid power of attorney.

OUR TIMETABLE. We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days of receiving your request. If we need more time, we may extend that once by up to 45 more days, and we will tell you why within the first 45 days.

APPEALS. If we decline your request, in whole or in part, we will tell you why and how to appeal. To appeal, reply to our decision or email us with "Privacy appeal" in the subject line. We will respond within 60 days and explain what we decided and why. If you are not satisfied, you may contact your state attorney general.

NO DISCRIMINATION. We will not treat you differently because you exercised a privacy right.

10. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR US STATE PRIVACY LAWS

Wherever you live, we provide the rights in section 9 and the information below, which covers the past 12 months.

We do not collect sensitive personal information, precise geolocation, biometric information or characteristics of protected classifications, and we do not draw inferences to build a profile about you.

PURPOSES. We collect and use each category for the purposes in section 4. RETENTION: section 7.

SALE AND SHARING. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we did not do so in the past 12 months.

CALIFORNIA "SHINE THE LIGHT". We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

11. GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL AND DO NOT TRACK

GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL (GPC). If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information. Because this website neither sells nor shares personal information and runs no optional tracking, there is nothing further for it to switch off.

DO NOT TRACK. Because there is no common standard for how to respond to a "Do Not Track" signal, this website does not change its behavior when it receives one. It does not track visitors across other websites.

12. CHILDREN

This website is for businesses. It is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us at the address in section 1.

13. VISITORS FROM OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES

This website can be visited from anywhere. We operate from the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and in other countries where they operate, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live. We are not certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

IF YOU ARE IN THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA, THE UNITED KINGDOM OR SWITZERLAND: we process the information you send through the form to take steps at your request (answering your message) and for our legitimate interests in running and securing this website, preventing abuse and communicating with business contacts, where those interests are not overridden by your rights. You may ask for access to, correction of, erasure of, restriction of or a portable copy of your information, and you may object to our processing; use the contact details in section 1. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

This website links to the other websites of 1000x Digital LLC, including micrositegenerator.com, the website of Microsite Generator, our software platform. Each of those websites has its own privacy policy, which applies when you visit it.

15. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We will post any change on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and keep the earlier version. If we make a material change, we will post a notice on this website at least 30 days before it takes effect, and, where the law requires your consent to a change, we will ask for it.
